The Golden School of Dancing was first established in 1991, when the Principal Miss Marie successfully completed her teaching qualifications.
We provide a high standard of training in all areas of Theatrical dance whilst maintaining a safe and fun enviroment.
We are fully registered with the International Dance Teachers Association, and we ensure that all classes are conducted by qualified and experienced teachers, who are dedicated to dance.
We provide a fun and friendly atmosphere in all classes and work hard to develop self confidence, co-ordination and technique, but most of all to love dance and have fun.
We aim to ensure that each and every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential, whether you are dancing simply for fun and fitness, or to full fill your dream to be a professional dancer.
We hold regular shows at a professional theatre, where all pupils are given the opportunity to perform on stage, and a chance to shine. This is an exciting opportunity to develop confidence and performance skills, and is always a very memorable occasion for both parents and pupils.
Pupils are encouraged to enter for their exams with the I.D.T.A to enable them to be rewarded for their progress. We hold a 100% pass rate and can take pupils up to professional teaching qualifications.
We have many past pupils who have been accepted into professional performing art colleges, and are now enjoying a career in dance either teaching, or performing all over the world.See Galleries
